A two level building leased to the Bank of New Zealand. The building houses a 'BNZ Partners Centre', a drive through ATM and has 58 onsite carparks.

503 Blenheim Road

A substantial single tenanted industrial storage building occupied by New Zealand Wool Handlers. The property comprises 32,400 m2 of ground area including 20,000 m2 of warehouse.

511 Blenheim Road

A modem building and car yard with a large frontage to Blenheim Road and adjoining 503 Blenheim Road. Our key tenant is Christchurch European.

11 Nga Mahi Road

A modem tilt slab building with purpose built mechanic bays and offices. Single tenant building occupied by Diesel Services. The property is located adjacent to 503 Blenheim Road.

85 Shands Road

A substantial manufacturing plant, occupied by Oji Fibre Solutions. The property comprises 4.3 ha of land and 22,000 m2 of factory and warehouse space.

Armagh Street Precinct

A high-profile site that is about the new Christchurch. This is a destination point overlooking the Avon River in close proximity to the Performing Arts Precinct, New Regent Street shops and restaurants, and the East Frame neighbourhood. It is a place which creates connectivity at the intersection of business, culture and the river.

Oxford Terrace Precinct

Approximately 2500 m2 parcel of land with frontage to Hereford Street and Oxford Terrace with 1000 m2 on Worcester Street and close proximity to the Christchurch Convention Centre and the hospitality precinct. This site is held for future mixed use development.

Southbase is a commercial construction company that was formed in 2013 shortly after the devastating Christchurch earthquakes of 2010 and 2011.

Southbase is a young, dynamic company with an experienced management team with strong technical knowledge. They are willing to embrace forward thinking innovation to meet the complex demands of the rebuild environment. Since 2013, Southbase has completed signficant jobs such as Hagley Oval, St Margaret's College, and the Christchurch Bus Interchange. PowerbyProxi is a New Zealand based company, which is a global leader in the development of wireless power technologies, which are used to recharge batteries and deliver electricity without cables and plugs.

Mobile Health Solutions is a privately owned company that works in partnership with the Ministry of Health, District Health Boards & other health providers to deliver low risk elective day surgery to rural New Zealanders.

Operating since February 2002 Mobile Health Solutions has conducted over 20,000 operations delivering much needed health care and education to 23 rural communities. Tailorspace, as a minority shareholder, values this company and its positive impact on people’s lives and their communities.
